Debaise Luxury Residential Highlight
Earlier this year we had a residential project located in a breathtaking location in Arvada, Colorado. The property sits at the top of a hill that overlooks a serene landscape. Take note of the pebble-stream, expansive fire pit, and of course, the beautiful view.
Here’s an overview of the luxury residential landscape renovation. In the distance, you can see the panoramic view which spans from the Denver International Airport all the way to Long’s Peak. Not a bad view if we say so ourselves!
The fire pit feature brightens up the landscape as the sun sets. The couch directly across from it is a cozy area to wrap up any evening. It sits just a couple feet away from the seating area–close enough to keep guests warm while they gaze out across the city’s skyline.
Here’s a look at the expansive steps, luscious evergreen plants, xeric plants, and pebble stream lead directly to the pond. The sound of the water trickling down the pebbles adds another level of serenity to the scene. Fluorescent pinks and vibrant yellows make up the floral color palette for the luxury residential landscape.
A high-rise table that gives a slightly more elevated view of the landscape and beyond it into the distance. It’s the optimal dining area for hors d’oeuvres, drinks, dinner, you name it! It would also be an ideal spot for kids to hang out after a meal. Meanwhile, the adults can mingle by the fire pit.
Front row seats to a stunning Colorado sunset. Watch as you enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day. Or while spending quality time with the people you love most.
The light colored pebbles from the stream contrast beautifully with the darker colored rocks used throughout the landscape. Notice the drought-tolerant plants. In drought-prone Colorado, opting for xeriscaping is a wise decision as it supports water conservation and sustainability while preserving the natural beauty of the surroundings.
